Fort Lytton National Park

Meeting/Destination:

We will be meeting at the Eagleby KFC car park at 9.00am for a 9.30am start.

We will travel in convoy north on the M1, taking Exit 16 towards the Sunshine Coast. Staying on the M1 and taking Exit 102 towards M4/Port of Brisbane. We then take the Lytton Road exit and follow the signs to Fort Lytton. It’s only a 44klm drive in about 45 Mins.

The Club trailer will be waiting for us with the kettle boiled for a cuppa. Feel free to bring along a plate for morning tea.

The Club will provide a BBQ lunch for Monaro Club members by Craig and Robyn.

Amongst other activities, I have arranged a guided tour of the facility at 11.30am.

Please ensure you have a full tank of juice, comfy shoes and your CB Radio set to Channel 17. Our return trip will be at 2.00pm

Laidley Spring Festival: Pointscore Round 3

Meeting/Destination:

Meeting 1: Saturday we will be meeting at the Goodna Maccas, at 6.30am for a 7.00am start.

Meeting 2: Saturday near the Plainlands Hotel, contact Pat, Craig or Darryl for details.

Destination: We will travel in convoy on the M2 and then A2 turning Right at Plainlands and heading South to Laidley. Upon entry to the park, entrants will be directed to their parking spot by Laidley Spring Festival staff. When parked, please attend to picnic hut to pick up your car label to be displayed on your windscreen.

Essential Pre Event: You must enter your car online at Laidley Show 'n' Shine mentioning that you are part of the Monaro Club of Queensland Display in the car description space.
