Nanango Festival Show‘n’Shine

Meeting/Destination:

Meeting 1: Weekend Option. We will meet at Shell Nudgee on Saturday 17th October 2026 at 9.00am for a 9.30am departure.

Meeting 2: Sunday Option. We will meet at Shell Nudgee on Sunday 18th October 2026 at 6.00am for a 6.30am departure.

Destination and Detials:
Meeting 1 people: We will travel on the M1 to the Kilcoy exit and follow this to the first stop at Kilcoy (60mins). We will stop at the Kilcoy Bakery, Coff & Co. Then its off to the Colinton PieFace to pick up any Northern Members.

Once we arrive in Nanango (2hrs 14mins + Bakery stop) we will have lunch and then explore the town and then go to your Kingaroy accommodation.

Meeting 2 people: We will travel on the M1 to the Kilcoy exit and follow this to the first stop at Kilcoy (60mins). Then its off to the Colinton Pie Face to pick up any Northern Members.

Once we arrive in Nanango (2hrs 14mins) we will go straight to the Nanango Show n Shine.

Please ensure you have a full tank of juice and your CB Radio is set to Channel 17. Lane choice is as usual staying out of the merging lane where appropriate and maintaining a 10% reduction in posted speeds of more than 80kph where safe to do so.

Club Christmas Party

Meeting/Destination:

Well, it’s November again and we have a Christmas Party to go to. This notice is nice and early, so you have time to plan transport, attire, transport or accommodation as required.

This is an RSVP event; you must notify the organisers of your intention to attend. This is a courtesy to the catering team.

Meeting: Arrive from 4.00pm. Members are to make their own way to the below address.

Location: Please refer to Club Magazine, or confirm with contacts below.

Details: Please do not to park on the grass out the front of the property.

Parking is available inside the grounds and if you wish to pitch your tent/caravan for the night that is okay too.

Daily driver is advisable. Consider a Taxi, Uber or designated driver.
Dinner between 5.30pm-6.00pm
BYO alcohol, ice, esky and stubbie cooler.
Soft drinks and food will be provided for free by the Club.

The 2026 Club Awards presentation will also take place at the Christmas Party.
This is a Club Social Outing. There are no dress or vehicle requirements, however it is Christmas so wear your best Festive Apparel.
